Membership

Visitors to the Graniteland web site may setup a user account through double opt-in. Installation and usage of the account is free of charge. The account may be cancelled by the user at any time, after providing the accounts password.

Graniteland may at any time reject the creation of an account for an individual user or temporarily suspend the creation of user accounts, or may delete the account of an individual user or a group of accounts or all accounts, or mey block access to any number of accounts. Graniteland will not be held liable for any losses, direct or indirect, resulting of any of the above actions.

It is not allowed to register accounts at Graniteland using a false identity. Es ist nicht gestattet, Nutzerkonten unter falschem Namen bei Graniteland anzulegen. "Company" members should supply the name of the company, private users should provide their given name.

Content provided my members

Registered members may add own content to Graniteland. The content will be publicly visible and accessible. As Graniteland is hosted in Germany, the content should comply with german law.

Contend should be limited to the topic of this web site, natural stone and related topics. Graniteland reserves the right to delete or prevent access to any content, created by users or created by Graniteland, at any time and without previous notice. Graniteland will not be held liable for any losses, direct or indirect, resulting of any of the above actions.

Inapropriate content may be reported to Graniteland using the link at the end of each web page. Reported content will be chaked by Graniteland and deleted if found necesary.

The user recognizes that Graniteland may not be helt liable for content published by users of the web site. Furthermore, the user recognizes that the information published on Graniteland may contain errors or omissions, or may be outdated.
