I will introduce our Xiamen factory. Our factory is invested by our Headquarter in Hualian,Taibei. Our headquarter is the No.1 natural stone projects contractor, We including the Contract-drawings division, processing,provide the products and installation.
We focus on the upscale commercial,residential,public and governmental projects in Taiwan. you can view some of our projects and second period projects in our website.
Our Xiamen factory is a construction cut to size workshop. And we also have a gangsaw slabs warehouse in 114 S.Belt Line Road,#200, Coppell Texas,75019(Stone Channel INC).
Our Xiamen factory' facility as follow:
1- stone turnover marchine, use to turning the Stone blocks;
2 -Trimming marchine for the granite blocks ,use to Trimming the blocks as regular size;
3 -Gangsaw (BRA) import from Italy( Maximum cutting size 3000*3000*2000mm),Cutting the big size granite blocks;
1 -Automatic Polished machine (BRA) (15 polished head), use to polishing big slabs;
1 -Automatic No-fuel Flaming&Brushing processing machine,use to flaming the stone surface;
1 -Vertical resin processing machine,use to resin the big slabs,filling the natural stone surface hole;
6 -Infrared Automatic numerical Bridge cutting,ust to cutting to small size by request;
5 -Manual polished machine, use to polishing the small size stone surface;
3- Bridge Multi-blade Cutting machine, use to cutting the small size stone blocks;
2 -Gantry cutting Machine, use to cutting the stone blocks
2- Diamond wire cutting machine, ues to cutting different stone shape;
1 -Column base cutting machine, use to cutting the clomn base;
1 -Column slab cuting machine,use to cutting the column slabs;
1 -edge cutting marchine for the column slab,use to cutting the column slabs edge
1 -Mutifunctional Clomn slab cutting and polishing machine,use to polishing the column slab;
3 -Mutifunctional profile shaping marchine,use to processing different profile shape by designer;
1 -round edge polishing marchine (Italy BRA),use to polishing the edge;
1- Multiple head molding marchine (Italy BREMOR),use to polishing the edge;
1-Straight edge polishing marchine(Japan YAMANA),use to polishing the edge;
1-Calibrating marchine; Use to calibrating the stone thickness;
3 -drilling marchine(2 vertical back face and parallel side,1 topin expanded hole (top hole small,bottom is bigger), especial use to dealing with the interior and exterior wall cladding;
1-water ject marhine ,use to process the good shape for the surface.
