Verde Serrano

Definition: Verde Serrano is a green Serpentinite from Cuba. In natural stone trade, Verde Serrano is often simply called a Granite.

Remarks about Verde Serrano:

For simplifying the search, you find this stone in the marble category, but real petrographical classification is Serpentinite. Not very different from the Swiss and Italian serpentinites. Until 1990 it was exported in astonishing quantities to Eastern Europe.
